Doing it like the locals with Bia hoi by the pavement.
Bia hoi is "freshly brewed" draught local beer. Evidently brewed daily, matured for a bit then delivered daily in steel/metal barrels. Light abv, maybe under 3% ish.
This is not a beer drunk to savour its flavours. This one, can taste its fermentation / yeastiness which kinda reminds me of todhi without the sourness. Has a subtle bitter sweetness and tannins of chrysanthemum tea.
I have no idea what I'm saying. But it's 5k dong (rm1) only, so just drink la.
